Mr. Herwartz graduated from the
University of Trier, Germany, in 2006 and holds a German
Bachelor of Law Degree. Since November 2006 he is participating in a
two-year traineeship, which is a requirement for becoming lawyer in
Germany. German law permits that such traineeship take place abroad,
if desired, and Mr. Herwartz has decided to take advantage of this
opportunity by allocating the period from May to July, 2008
with Polten & Hodder. He is fluently in both the German and English
language, and has basic knowledge of both the Dutch language. |
