Gerhard
M. Schertzer is a graduate of the University of Windsor, both in his
undergraduate (political science, economics, German) and legal
studies. A citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr.
Schertzer possesses proficiency in the German language, and
maintains a keen interest in German legal matters and in serving the
German-speaking community, factors which he has applied within the
international law setting of the firm since his arrival there in
1995.
Mr.
Schertzer's experience as a former legal editor has manifested
itself through regular, nationally-published submissions to the
Canadian Criminal Justice Association, and continues to do so.
Mr.
Schertzer was called to the Ontario Bar in 1990.
