Mr. Eric P. Polten initially pursued an
academic career in philosophy after being educated at the University
of Toronto and Stanford University. Mr. Polten graduated from the
Faculty of Law of the University of Toronto in 1972, and was called
to the Bar of Ontario in 1974. Mr. Polten was born in Vienna,
Austria in 1941 and is fluently bilingual in both the English and
German language.
Mr. Polten has extensive experience in
conducting Ontario court actions on behalf of German clients, or in
arranging the conduct of legal actions on behalf of Ontario
Residents against persons or corporations in Germany in any matter
where bilingual nature is of overwriting nature. His attempt is to
bridge the legal world of German-speaking Europe and Canada in the
developing global economy.
