WARD-PRICE v. MARINERS HAVEN INC., et al. - This class action was certified by the Honourable Mr. Justice Nordheimer of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on November 5, 2002.  The court at that time gave approval for the lawsuit to proceed as a class proceeding.
